Great food, great service! Only downside is the music genre seemed to change constantly, it was a bit confusing for the atmosphere. Will definitely come here again. Loved it

We ate dinner here last night and it was wonderful. The service was great as was the food. We had the steak frites and the fish and chips - both delicious. We sat outside which was very comfortable. The place was crowded and we were warned that service would be slow but actually the service was very good and not slow at all. The only thing to know is that it’s a BYOB if you want alcohol.

I stopped in for a quick bite (though knowing this spot leans more toward fine dining). I had been looking for standout poutine in the area, and this place came highly recommended. It was close to closing time, so I grabbed a seat at the bar. The space is well decorated and has a nice atmosphere. The poutine did not disappoint—flavourful and well-executed. Service was excellent; I was served by Stephanie, who made the experience especially pleasant. This ended up being my only dining-out experience in Sherbrooke, and I’m glad it was a good one.

Food, atmosphere, and service--all 5 stars. We were served by the owner who was friendly (and bilingual); she informed us right away that they didn't sell alcohol (BYO only). We indulged in food instead; we tried the soup of the day, fish & chips, and steak frites, topped off with coffee and lemon meringue cheesecake... everything was phenomenal. Very tasty tartar sauce and aioli served with the fish & chips. Everything was fresh and made in house; you could tell. The restaurant was completely packed and every person in there was having a great time. Very trendy and cozy environment with rustic wood tables and modern light fixtures. Highly efficient (and clearly well-trained) staff came by frequently. I would definitely return (and bring a bottle of wine next time!). Thanks for a great meal and great dining experience.

I had some not so great experiences in this restaurant but last night that all changed. The food and service was awesome from start to finish. There were only 2 servers (they were supposed to be 4) and the restaurant was full. The wait time was longer than usual (but obviously totally expected and accepted), that said the service was impeccable, professional and very friendly despite being short staffed. The new chef and his team were amazing. I had the salad, soup , fried calamari and beef cheeks with parsnip purée. Every bite was close to perfection, flavours, presentation , and all hot meals came out at the temperature you’d expect. I was so amazed I had to go say thank you to the chef and his team who did an amazing job. I wanted to ask the whole restaurant to toast the servers but got a bit shy (lol). My only regret is being too full to try their desserts who are all made at the restaurant. They also try to source locally when possible. Knowing all this, méchant steak is now back on the menu as one of our favorite « go to places » , merci encore!

We went for a friend's birthday, our server was very friendly and helpful. Our steaks were all cooked to perfection, and the price was excellent. The place was packed when we got there at 6:30!
